The National Economic Action Council (MTEN) is an economic advisory council to the Government that was first established on 7 January 1998 during the administration of the fourth Prime Minister. The MTEN Secretariat is headed by the Deputy Secretary General (Policy), Ministry of Economy as Head of Secretariat.
