ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating the implementation of the Public Service Reform Agenda
- Design initiatives to reduce bureaucratic red tape, improve policies and regulations, system engineering and work procedures, as well as improve service delivery at the level of the Ministry and agencies under it
- Responsible for reporting to the Service Delivery Improvement Monitoring Committee (JP4), the Ministry of Economy and the Special Task Force on Agency Reform (STAR)
