- Leading the organization's focus on the use of data, analytics, and technology in the fields of digital technology, data infrastructure, and data governance
- Transforming digital services as an innovator strategist and data-driven strategist focused on Government services
- Driving data-driven innovation for data sharing and emerging technologies
- Assessing and coordinating the needs for digital services and digitization initiatives
- Aligning the Digital Strategic Plan (PSP) of Ministries/States/Agencies with the Public Sector Digital Strategic Plan
- Ensuring a secure and protected digital environment against cyber threats
- Performing functions and duties as a Critical National Information Infrastructure entity as stipulated under Section 17 of the Cybersecurity Act (Act 854)
