- Planning and implementing promotion and publicity for the policies, activities, programs and services of the Ministry of Economy as directed by top management.
- Prepare, update and monitor the content of the Ministry of Economy's portal, blog, Facebook and Twitter every working day.
- Issuing Notes to the Editor (NE) and distributing Media Statements to the mass media on programs and activities as well as important information of the Ministry of Economy based on instructions.
- Manage media coverage efficiently and effectively to ensure positive and comprehensive publicity about the Ministry of Economy.
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and accurately within the following timeframes :
- Acknowledgment of receipt within 1 working day;
- Initial response within 3 working days; and
- Monthly status report of public complaints to the Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) in the first week of each month.
