CYBERJAYA, 29 & 30 Ogos 2023 - Kementerian Ekonomi telah mengadakan Bengkel Customer Journey Map (CJM) bagi Kajian Pembangunan Pelan Transformasi Kementerian Ekonomi YBrs. Dr. Nor Azlina Ariffin, Setiausaha Bahagian Kanan (Pengurusan) dan juga Puan Yuslindal Yaakub, Pengarah Sumber Manusia turut sama hadir bersama hampir 60 orang peserta yang terdiri daripada warga Kementerian Ekonomi dan wakil dari kementerian lain.

Objektif bengkel adalah untuk mengumpul data dan informasi mengenai proses kerja yang melibatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan kementerian.

Pada hari pertama bengkel ini memberi fokus terhadap ekspektasi warga Kementerian Ekonomi kepada reaksi pelanggan kementerian. Menggunakan pendekatan PERSONA dan situasi sebenar pelanggan, peserta berkongsi senarai proses kerja, emosi dan reaksi menerusi kaca mata pelanggan kementerian.

Pada hari kedua pula, wakil Kementerian Ekonomi dan wakil kementerian-kementerian lain sebagai pelanggan sebenar mendapatkan secara terus perkongsian pengalaman berurusan dengan Kementerian Ekonomi. Menerusi pendekatan ini, input yang diberikan diharap dapat memperkasakan lagi proses kerja, memperkukuh kerjasama Kementerian Ekonomi dengan kementerian lain dan menambahbaik penyampaian perkhidmatan Kementerian Ekonomi sebagai pemacu dan peneraju perancangan pembangunan sosioekonomi negara.
